The ALEA accepts either cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $15.00 payable to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. Be aware that they do not accept cash or personal checks.

Note: Remember to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your completed form and payment.
